We meet weekly from wherever we are in the world, we share greetings, we share movement practice for healing together. This class is taught in English & Arabic.
QiGong is a form of Chinese Medicine based on movement. Attention is placed on the quality of the muscle interconnection through energy flow, relationship to the environment and natural world, self-awareness and connection to breath. The movements are slow, gentle and flowing, designed deepen our stability, immunity and strength.
